There are a lot of walkable restaurants, ice cream shop, market, and of course the BEACH. there is a bike path that runs the entire length of 30A and Big Daddy's bike shop is just a few min walk from our home.

You will recieve smart lock code to access the property. We have an local property manager who will be in contact with day to day questions. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM

Payment Policy

50% of booking due upon booking - remainder due 60 days before arrival. Failure to follow payment schedule will result in booking cancellation.

$500 refundable damage deposit - returned after checkout inspection.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund up to 60 days before arrival. non-refundable if within 60 days of reservation. We highly recommend travel insurance as we can not accommodate schedule changes due to illness or weather.

***Minimum age to rent is 25 years old*** Our home is just one row off the beach, it is easily walkable to the main beach access, and 3 other neighborhood accesses. There is no need for a golf cart but if you would like to rent one there are several companies that can deliver. The Bike rental company is just a 2 min walk away for bikes.
