Everything necessary for your stay is provided; just pack your personal belongings. Strategically located for easy access to all Ocean Village amenities such as golf, tennis, and pool facilities, all steps away from the rental.

The kitchen has been fully renovated, boasting new granite countertops and appliances. You'll also have access to a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, dishes, silverware, cookware, utensils, and dining accommodations for four.

Unwind in the living room equipped with a smart flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa bed. The bedroom, which can be left open or closed with French doors, features a king-size bed with a smart flat-screen TV and a separate dressing area with a sink and vanity. This charming condo also includes in-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer.

Fresh white linens for the bed and bath, along with beach towels, are provided. The beach closet comes stocked with a small cooler, beach umbrella, and four beach chairs.

Accessibility is a breeze, as the unit is located on the ground floor with parking right outside the door, eliminating the need for stairs or cramped elevators!

Ocean Village is a secure gated community nestled along 3000 feet of pristine, unspoiled beaches on Hutchinson Island, a barrier island. As you make your way to the private beach, you'll notice the meticulously maintained community with lush grass areas and blooming plants and flowers throughout.

This rental gem is a sportsman's paradise on the Atlantic Coast, featuring a Par 3 Executive Golf Course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 6 shuffleboard courts, 3 bocce courts, a basketball court, 4 pools including a heated pool and kiddie pool, and a fitness center open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. complete with an exercise room, spas, saunas, and whirlpools, as well as a card room and library, among other amenities.

Guests are required to wear bracelets (four are provided with the rental) and are welcome to utilize ALL Ocean Village amenities, including equipment rentals and golf tee time reservations for a nominal fee during peak season. Additional wristbands for extra day visitors are available for purchase at the recreation center.

Ocean Village also offers internet access at various locations beyond the condo. Plenty of sporting equipment, such as tennis rackets and golf clubs, are available for guest use.

If cooking isn't on your agenda, numerous restaurants in the area offer open-air and waterfront dining options.

This charming area is perfect for biking enthusiasts!

After we figured out the door to get in... lolol. Thanks Veronica! Everything was perfect. The view to the 8th hole of the Golf course was entertaining ever so often when weather cooperated. Great beaches and great restaurants near. Our fave place.

Enjoyed the spacious comfortable condo with all the amenities in ocean villages. Easy bike to the beautiful jetty area and local restaurants. Pools were nice and warm. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed.

Lovely first-floor condominium - light, airy, and very livable. The kitchen was so incredibly well-equipped for an Airbnb. It had everything we needed, including two coffee options, a pizza pan, and several decently sharp knives. All the living areas were clean, well-decorated, and made the most of the light with mirrors. The bed is very comfortable, and the walk-in shower is deluxe. Be aware that the unit is on the 6th green of the Ocean Village golf course, so it’s not particularly private but the golfers and grounds crew do provide entertainment. The actual living and dining space could be rendered more comfortable with an area rug or two and some softening of surfaces. The stools, both at the bar and the table, are stylish but hard with small surfaces and uncomfortable edges … we made good use of sofa pillows to soften them. The sofa was comfortable and we generally watched TV from bed. Ocean Village is a nice, comfortable, friendly community.

Loved this l stay! Host was super responsive and answered all my questions. Place was beautiful and as listed. 20/10 would recommend the host and her locations. Place was clean, had everything you needed to get you by, coffee pot wouldn’t work and she ordered a new one and had it shipped! Just a wonderful experience overall and will deff book again with her! 🫶🏼

“Will definitely stay here again.”

Location is great, you have pools and the beach within walking distance. 5 minute drive you have more beach and great restaurants to choose from. Along with water activities such as jet skiing and kayaking. The house was so clean and it was cozy. Veronica is a great host, always responded and always very helpful. We loved it.

After full payment is received and one week before check in we will provide you with all necessary information to access the condo.

Only 3 adults are allowed. A 4th guest can only be a child.

House Rules

• Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the Property or balcony or condo hallways
• Pets are not permitted on the Property
• Parties are not allowed at any time
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No overnight visitors
• No personal items must be put out by the door entrance, in the hallway or outside the balcony at any time.
• Four Tenant Wristbands will be provided and must be worn to use the resort amenities. The wristbands must be left inside the condo upon check out. If lost or not returned a charge of $ 45 per wristband will be assessed against the security deposit.
* Only approved rental party for which ID's as been provided can stay on the property
* Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time ( max 3 adults / 1 child)

100% must be fully paid 90 days before check in date
Reservation must be fully paid 90 days before check in
Shen paid with credit card 4% processing fee will be added to the quote. The CC processing fee is non reimbursable if reservation is cancelled.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid less the credit card processing fee. If they cancel 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% less the credit card processing fee. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Notes

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Guest acknowledges that the premises they have reserved includes the use of the community amenities Guest also agrees and acknowledges that in the case of any of the amenities not been available during the rental period due to maintenance of any other type of issue the owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to the unavailability of such amenity.

MECHANICAL FAILURES : Owner attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
