There is one covered parking spot under the building-the spots are not reserved so please be mindful of residents 'preferred parking spaces'. We usually park on the back side of the building, second bay from the south side. There's also a second uncovered spot, unassigned, in case you have more than one vehicle. HOA requires we provide license plate information.

See pool rules & hours, please don't hang anything on the front railing or leave trash/items on walkway, take trash down to the gated bins on the south side of the property at the entrance, only one car in covered parking at a time, respect the locals & residents & have fun!No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% of due at time of booking, remaining balance due 5 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

50% paid at booking is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to stay, 50% will be refunded with 14 day notice and no refund if cancelled after that.
