A 5 bedroom, 4 full & 2 half bath, waterfront house with gorgeous garden in front, elevator and private pier with palapa. Large floor to ceiling windows throughout with open concept main kitchen with SS appliances and a living room with vaulted ceiling, perfect for entertaining or relaxing with direct views of the water. Less than a mile to Kemah boardwalk. Multiple outdoor patios, balconies and landings to enjoy the bay views from.A gorgeous landscaped garden greets guests at the front of the home. The house has an open concept main kitchen and living room with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows that are perfect for taking in the endless views of the bay.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a large oven with gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, warming drawer and microwave. A separate bar area is situated outside the kitchen by the grand living room and features a granite bar top, ice maker, wine cooler with dual temperature settings and two beverage fridges.

The home has large floor to ceiling windows throughout, providing for lots of light and wonderful views of the bay. The home’s first and second floors feature large covered patio and balcony seating areas that extend the width of the house and partially wrap around the sides. These outdoor areas have various patio furniture seating and dining options.

The first floor has three bedrooms, two of which have king size beds with adjoining private full bathrooms and a third small bedroom with twin and full size bunkbeds and access to a half bath a couple steps away. The first floor also has a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a dining table and kitchen with full size fridge, oven, cooktop and microwave.

The second floor features an enormous master bedroom and ensuite with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate secondary shower, dual vanities and multiple closets. The main kitchen and living room are also on the second floor.

A third bedroom is situated on the 3rd floor accessed via a spiral staircase and is appointed with a queen size bed and adjoining full bath. The third floor also has two large padded benches located on either side of the third floor landing, that can be used for naps or potentially even sleeping, if needed.

An elevator provides access to the 1st and 2nd floors as well as the landing in between the 1st and 2nd floors. It does not reach the 3rd floor, however. *Guests requiring use of elevator must provide advance notice of such, so that keys allowing for its operation can be provided.

Guests are welcome to fish, relax or have lunch under the covered palapa on the homes 50 ft private pier. The pier features a swim ladder, fishing light, overhead light under the palapa and power outlets.

We currently offer “Hulu+ Live TV” to our guests on 6 flat screen HDTVs. It is available on both living room TVs, upstairs and downstairs. Also, all the bedrooms, with the exception of the bunk bed room, has access to it.

Pets are welcome! Please, however, let us know what kind of pets and the number of pets that will be staying at the home, prior to booking. We allow up to 2 pets. There is a $100/pet fee that is charged and applied post booking. This fee is not a daily charge. It covers your entire stay.

We ask that guests not allow their pets on any of the furniture or bedding. We are pet owners ourselves and love them, but out of respect for other guests that are allergic to pet dander, we ask that you please have them stay off the furniture. In addition to the issue of allergies, it’s easy for pets to scratch furniture, often inadvertently.

You can walk or bike directly to the local attractions but would recommend a car or taxi for further destinations. NASA is a little over 10 minutes away and Galveston is an approximate 25 minute drive if you want to hit the beach or local attractions in Galveston.

House Rules

Parties, events, gatherings or any sort of loud get-togethers are forbidden. We ask that guests be mindful & respectful with respect to noise levels.

No additional guests (other than those included on the reservation) may visit the property, unless permission is obtained for others to visit.

Guests & Visitors may not venture onto neighbors' property, particularly: neighbors' driveways, piers, bulkheads, boat ramps and boat ramp steps. Guests and Visitors agree to fully indemnify Neighbors and the Bay House Owners from any harm that may arise from using or accessing Neighbors’ property. The booking party agrees to the waiver of Neighbors' and the Bay House Owners' liability by reserving the property, and agrees to do so on behalf of all Guests and Visitors.

Use of the Bay House property's pier and bulkhead is at Guests' and Visitors' own risk. Guests and Visitors agree to assume all responsibility while on or using the Bay House bulkhead and pier, including the pier's various features. No diving is allowed from the bulkhead or pier. Swimming, fishing and water float & watercraft use is also agreed to be done at Guests' and Visitors' own risk. The booking party agrees to the waiver of the Bay House Owners' liability regarding use of the pier and bulkhead by reserving the property, and agrees to do so on behalf of all Guests and Visitors.

Pets are welcome! Please, however, let us know what kind of pets and the number of pets that will be staying at the home, prior to booking. There is a $150/pet Pet Fee that is charged and applied post booking to take care of additional cleaning that goes along with having pets at the home.
