Our condo complex has plenty of amenities, including an onsite restaurant & bar, for a resort only stay. So you don't necessarily need a car, but you'll want one...especially to explore North Conway!

No smoking (inside or out), no pets, no parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. $250 fee will be charged for lost or damaged keys.

Scan of ID is required with signed contract. Checks preferred for payment - please write your rental dates in the memo line. $100 fee will apply if bounced. Prices shown on the calendar are discounted for cash or check payments. As a result, a 10% fee will be added for credit card or PayPal payments.

Cancellation Policy

You have selected the dates of the reservation at your discretion but once they are made, they cannot be changed. No cancellation is allowed once a reservation has been made. No refund will be given regardless of the reason. The risk of loss of any closures or shutdowns are strictly with the guest.
