A Walk to Remember on Hilton Head - Hilton Head Island

We want you to enjoy your stay. Since this condo as part of a resort community it has several community and house rules.

Must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation. All guests names must be listed on the reservation. The person that booked must be there at checkin and stay for the duration of reservation.

Quiet time is 10pm - 8am

Do not hang towels on railings

Only registered guests permitted

Parking passes required at guest expense $25 per vehicle per stay w/ max of 2 vehicle to be picked up at 16 Queens Folly Rd. Please park only in assigned parking lots, any parking tickets for illegally parked cars will be at the guests expense

No motorcycles, campers or trailers allowed
Bikes must be left at the bike racks, not in the gardens by the front door or on or locked to the back deck
No street parking allowed

Garbage pickup Tuesday and Friday mornings. All trash must be in the bins provided in the service yard, including recyclables.

Shower in service area has hot and cold water to rinse off sand

Please return all beach equipment to the deck box.

We are firm with our no smoking policy. Any violations will incur a $100-$500 cleanup fee.

We are firm with our No Pets policy. Any violations will incur a $100-$500 cleanup fee.

We are firm with our no Party policy. Any violations will incur a $100-$500 cleanup fee plus the cost of any damage.

Clean grill after use with brush next to the grill and replace the cover when cool.

Late checkout without prior written approval will incur a fee of $50 per 1/2 hour past 10am.
