Enjoy a simple and peaceful beach getaway in Venturas Pierpont Beach neighborhood! Just steps from the sand, this cozy place offers an open-concept kitchen a comfy living room with a sofa sleeper and Smart TV. A queen bedroom with USB chargers, and a bathroom with a shower/tub Small dog-friendly! This is an upper unit.

The neighborhood is friendly this unit is one block from the town, and another block to the shopping center, all the while only half block to the ocean.

We are a local family owned business. We take pride in our home and want you to look foward to coming back again in the future. We give you your privacy but are always a text away.

You will receive a message as soon as you book that will ask you to confirm your information and sign a Rental Agreement. From that point on, you will receive guest information by email so please check your spam if you have not received a Welcome message. You should receive a link to your Digital Guidebook within 48 hours, which has check-in information and food and activity recommendations. You will receive your entry code 48 hours before check-in.
