Pecan Grove Check In

Check-in time is 4:00pm-10:00pm, and check-out time is 12:00am at the latest.  If you arrive in the area early, I suggest taking a tour of the nearby towns of Lillington or Dunn. Please respect the full amount of time used to have the home prepared. 

Where Can I Use the Restroom?

Public restrooms are at the Lillington Food Lion, 3 miles from the home.

What Should I Do If I Arrive Early?

• Raven Rock State Park
  Located about 20 minutes north of Lillington on the Highway 421. This is a great place to stretch out, go for a walk, and enjoy nature. 
• Cape Fear River Adventure
  is less than 4 miles away at 100 S. Main St. Lillington NC, 27546, if you want to grab an appetizer or a drink or just enjoy the view. 
• Dining
  There is plenty to eat in Lillington which is 3 miles away and even more in Dunn which is 8 miles away.

How Do We Get into the Home?

We are 45 minutes south of the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and 30 minutes north of Fayetteville on the Highway 401. Our caretaker Trae will try to be available to greet your group upon arrival for a tour of how to operate the electronics, etc.  Kate and I will be available via email and iMessage, for the iPhone users, for any needs that you may have. If you can't get in touch with us, Trae will be available if he is not at work.

The front door is coded and no keys are necessary. We will give you the code to the door code on the day of arrival and as soon as everything is paid.

Departure Checklist

1) Take all trash to bins.

2) Clean up any food prep mess in kitchen & run your dishes.

3) Make sure you've collected all your personal belongings.

4) Please do not wash the bedding. Leave all the sheets and blankets used on the bed. Our cleaning crew will take care of it.

5) Ensure all doors (back & garage) are locked - the front will lock itself as I'm sure you've noticed.
will be in the brochure holder. Please be sure all guests read through the documents. Help yourself to anything in the kitchen and bathrooms; it is all there for guest use.
