The house was built in 1889 and is an example of the wealth and affluence that existed in Denver when it was being founded at the turn of the century. Ironically, at the turn of this century, Denver is again thriving and has much available for those here to enjoy life.

I love sharing my home and meeting amazing people. Almost everyone I’ve met has been courteous and wonderful to work with.

If you are renting the entire house, you will have a private entrance and will be interacting with your group unless you reach out to me. I live on-site in a separate area so we might run into each other. I also have a daughter and grandson who live here with me. My daughter is available to help with anything you might need.

Please show respect for the things I’ve included in the house. Though they aren’t priceless, they are to me. I love all the fun things I’ve collected and I hope you enjoy them too with great care and respect.
