Cozy and cute, There was no AC (Just a swamp cooler) so be prepared if you're coming up in summer. The Tv had no connection so be sure to bring your tablets or laptops if you want to watch movies. Other then that its a great little cozy cabin for a couples getaway to disconnect and relax.

This is a great space for a couple to get away for a nice weekend in the mountains! It is very cozy, so I wouldn't have more than two people in the cabin. We brought our dog, who loved being in the great outdoors, and Kylee was very welcoming to our puppy. The cabin is in a neighborhood and there are plenty of people around if you ever need anything. You will be about 10-15 minutes away from the main part of Big Bear Lake, but it is a really easy drive down either the north shore to trails and a beach or down Big Bear Boulevard to the Village, grocery stores or anything else you need in town. It's very well located to get down to LA if you want to do a day at the beach or stay in the mountains and head over to Lake Arrowhead (or any other area). The hot tub in the back was fantastic for the cool summer nights, and we had a great time!

Great little getaway for yourself or a couple! Kylee has definitely put a lot of effort in the decor and creating an amazing and romantic ambiance especially in the outdoor space. It was amazing to hot tub and see the stars at the same time! Everything we wanted to do within a 20min drive or closer! Clean and neat and everything as described. Very responsive and looks out for her guests!

Kylee's cabin is better in person than the photos. With a cozy chic interior and amazing backyard, it truly is the perfect setting for a Big Bear getaway. Her cabin is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood just a 10-15 minute drive to the lake. The hot tub is clean and very private. I took a solo trip with my pup and felt very safe the entire time. I would highly recommend her cabin and would definitely book it again in future!

Overall a very decent stay, we had a grill issue that Kylee was very accommodating with/ had great communication! I wish for a $560 2-night stay though that the backyard was at least weed whacked since it was memorial weekend & we planned on spending time in the back. (Was told the maintenance was out of town for a few weeks)

We had such a great stay here. It was easy to find and there was great communication with the owner. The cabin was very clean and had a nice vibe. The only draw back was the bedroom, we are not used to sleeping on such a hard surface. Would still recommend this place to stay for a couple nights.

Kylee’s place is great! My husband and I came for our Anniversary and it was such a nice little retreat for us two. The chairs, couch, and bed were all very comfortable so we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. Kylee’s cabin is conveniently located to plenty of food choices as well as what looked to be really fun entertainment spots though we we’re able to try them this visit. Kylee was very quick to respond to my questions and checkin/checkout was the easiest thing ever. We sadly didn’t have time to relax in the hot tub but it looked like it’d be a nice place to spend some time after hiking or kayaking. Kylee’s cabin is a great value and a nice quiet little spot to get away.

Your extra trash needs to be removed if it doesn't fit in black bin and dropped off at a clean mountain site. This is due to the wildlife, including bears that will overturn the garbage cans on property. There are 2 Clean Bear drop off sites that are open daily at Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA Big Bear Lake, CA If it is impossible for you to dispose of extra trash at a clean mountain site, housekeeping can be arranged to pick it up for $10 a bag.
Guests checking out on a Sunday or Monday may put trash in black bin and take barrel out to edge of driveway for early Monday pickup.No smoking No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

The mountains come with frequent animal visitors so our common practice is to ask all our guests to remove their trash and dump at a Clean Bear site to avoid attracting animals like raccoons and bears. The nearest one is 41790 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. If its impossible to take your garbage to a site, housekeeping can remove garbage at a cost of $10 a bag.
