Los Angeles hilltop retreat, view DTLA - Los Angeles

Enjoy modern comfort and an incredible view at this charming open concept bungalow perched atop a hill in Los Angeles. Close to DTLA, Dodger Stadium, Occidental, Pasadena & located close to freeway access to all of Los Angeles. This 1923 home has been completely remodeled and upgraded to retain its vintage charm and provide a modern oasis in the busy city. The home is brand new inside & out. I am trying to dial it in and I need your help to do that. Please reach out with tips and suggestions.

This house has a full kitchen with modern appliances, a gas range with convection oven, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and is fully stocked pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils.
It has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has a full bed. Bedrooms and living area have individual heating and cooling units.
The house is perched on top of a hill and is accessed by staircase from the street. Not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns.
