The Lost Colony
H2OBX water park is not located on the barrier islands of the outer banks. You may have seen it on your way in if you were traveling along Rt. 158, in Powell’s Point, NC near Harbinger. Just a few mile prior to the Wright Memorial Bridge leading to the outer banks. This is a good day trip for the family on a hot and sunny day. The beach near the Bodie Island Lighthouse is a great place to ride horseback on the beach. Guided tours on horseback along the beach in OBX. No experience necessary! Great views, beach breezes, a great experience. Their website is here.
