We are a family of 5 who has been traveling to Mexico for 30+ years. We most recently discovered Bucerias about 10 years ago. The quaintness of the town and the location kept bringing us back. After many visits we decided to take the plunge and purchase a condo in this beautiful building. Our hope is to spend as much time as we can here, however, when we must stay home in Canada we have chosen to share this beautiful spot with others.

“Great Stay”
Very nice accommodations. Went in the shoulder season so was hot and humid however not crowded at all. Nice warm pool and right on the beach. Town is small and quiet though does have some nice restaurants mixed in. Easy to get to activities in PR if needed to via car services. Great relaxing vacation.

A little slice of paradise
We absolutely loved the condo. We knew it would be lovely, but it was even nicer than I expected. Tracey has thought of everything, which made our stay so comfortable and just like home (only better). Bucerias was our tropical bubble, away from everything and totally relaxing. We can't recommend it enough and can't wait to go back.

Immaculate, friendly and perfectly located.
We have been coming to This part of Mexico for about 7 years now. We have rented and have views a number of units in this complex and this one is certainly one of the nicest. Especially being on the northwest corner you get 180 views and the sunsets every night and constant ocean views during the day. The master opens up to the patio with an ocean view and it’s own ensuite. The second bedroom has private access to the main bath. Great for two couples who want private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom can be split into two beds for kids if needed. We brought our 15 year old son and were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the other renters and especially the owners were to him - they gave him tons of advice on what exciting things there were for him to do. This condo is full of the most friendly people you will find. The area has all the amenities you need including a new full sized supermarket (Chedraui) only a few blocks away. Despite being close to bars, restaurants and shopping this part of Bucerias is still much more subdued and laid back than busy centro. For us it is the perfect balance to action and relaxation. Also can’t say enough about the hosts. We felt as if we could always call on them if needed (although we had no issues at all). Would highly recommend this complex and especially this unit in particular. We will be back!!

Fantastic Holiday Rental
We had a most amazing holiday at Tracey’s condo. We were 3 couples and found the accommodations to have everything we could ask for. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and equipment you could ask for. The view is spectacular, every night a beautiful sunset. Because the condo is on the corner of the building, you have 3 window sliders at both the front and the side of the condo, so you feel as if your living room and deck are all one big open space. We were never hot in the condo, never even needed to use the air conditioning as the breeze off the ocean kept the temperature perfect. Because it is a smaller complex, the pool was never too busy and there was always loungers available. Tracey also supplies two bicycles, which we took full advantage of. All in all it was perfect and Tracey could not be easier to deal with as a landlord. Highly recommend and we will be back next year.

Paradise in Bucerias
We just returned to cold upstate NY after our 1st visit to Bucerias and the Azul condos. Tracey's unit is spectacular. Having a corner unit, and the dual sliders, allow such a view and breeze, no AC is needed. The view overlooking the pool, beach and ocean is hard to describe. We have rented condos before elsewhere in our travels, but NONE are so well stocked with basically every amenity you need. The staff is super, extremely helpful and friendly, the grounds are impeccable. Tracey ( who is also quite the artist ), made the entire rental procedure so easy. All my e-mails were promptly returned, along with several phone calls answering all my questions. I would highly recommend booking Tracey's condo, my wife & I are already planning a return trip. Thank you Tracey for a fantastic vacation and use of your condo !!

Fabulous family vacation
Tracey's Azul condo is probably the nicest place I have ever stayed. It was great for my son, his two children and myself. I especially enjoyed the views from the living room, master bedroom and terrace. The only drawback may be for someone on a working vacation in that WiFi wasn't always available but for the rest of us - turn off your phone, take a book out to the terrace, swim in the pool or take the boogie boards out to the ocean, and enjoy hanging out with your friends and family. I would love to return!

Family get away
We rented this unit for our son and his family while we were staying in a different unit in the building. The unit was perfect for he and his wife, 3 pre-teen kids and his mother-in-law. Really enjoyed the extra view that the corner unit provided. Condo was well stocked with everything they needed. The beach equipment and boogie boards were a real hit. The use of the bikes was a great extra touch. They loved that the condo is within walking distance of lots of great restaurants for a late breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoyed the little farmers market on Wednesday! Great place, responsive owners and great stay!

Wonderful condo!!
My husband, son, his wife, and our 2 preschool grandaughters stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Tracey was wonderful to deal with and replied to all emails very quickly. The condo is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed the bikes and the various floaties. The beds are very comfortable and so is the living room furniture. It was nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. My husband appreciated the superior quality of the barbeque on the balcony. The people in the building were very friendly and Miguel and the other staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. We have stayed in many of the beach highrises in Bucerias and the Azul pool is the nicest. Two shallow ends for the kids, and a couple of nice secluded areas to sit. The location is on the far south end of town, so it is a bit of a hike into the centro, but there are also some good restaurants on that end of town. The only negative comment is the 2nd bathroom, which is fairly small and might not work for 2 couples sharing the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. It was fine for our son and the kids to share.

We find the short 15 minute walk to the Centro works in our favour during the Mexican celebrations in which fire crackers and church bells can go off incessantly through the night. It also gives us a chance to burn off some of those calories from all of the wonderful food that is served in Bucerias :) Although the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom, we have never had any concerns from our adult guests. Again, so glad you enjoyed Azul and your stay in Bucerias.

Best Bet in Bucerias!
We arrived in Bucerias anxious to unwind from a crazy week, and were pleased to find this spacious and beautifully decorated unit, clean, and ready for our week long stay. What we didn't expect was the incredible view of the ocean from the balcony, and an amazing beachfront pool. We basically lived at the pool (was really hot!) and travelled to local pubs and bistros when we needed to see and experience the sights. We would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place for anyone needing to escape the busyness and stress of the world!

A Gem in Bucerias
Awesome unit and property and responsive, trustworthy owner. Everything you need for a perfect getaway to the sun. The property and unit are well-maintained and have all the essentials. Many excellent restaurants, stores and the town square are a short walk or cab ride. The beach is swimmable and great for boogie-boarding (3 supplied by owner). The staff on the property are friendly and helpful and Miguel at the gate is awesome; a real asset to the owners! This was our 2nd stay and it continues to deliver. We plan to return.

Beachfront at it's best!
We really love the corner location of this condo. You have such a beautiful view and a larger balcony than the other units. Well equipped for cooking.A big plus was the use of the mountain bikes. Azul is in a really perfect location in south Bucerias .Great beach, walk for miles. More of a neighborhood setting. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. On the beach and on the main street. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and good towels. Beach towels too. Tracey is very easy to work with, thank you !! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Perfect family stay
As many others have said the condo is a beautiful corner unit. It is completely equipped with everything you would need and more. It is perfect space for a family or couples travelling together. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms very nice. The pool and beach area is quiet and very relaxing. The walk to good restaurants and shops is very easy. We had some nice family meals in the condo utilizing the large grill and outdoor space, a nice respite from dining out. This was our second trip to the Azul and we will be back!

Although we come to Bucerias because of the the local charm, lovely friendly faces and beautiful beaches. Bucerias is also known for it's many restaurants of all ethnicities. We will add to these suggestions as we come across some more. Some of our favourites are:

Entertainment, Music and Shows in Bucerias

While Bucerias doesn't have the same night life that Puerto Vallarta has, it certainly has it's share. Many restaurants offer live music on certain days of the week. You can often find local dancers performing in the centro for special occasions, which happen often in Mexico.

We have personally used him for illnesses and injuries and have recommended him on several occasions.
