SEASIDE AT ANASTASIA, ONE OF THE NEWEST CONDO COMMUNITIES ON THE ISLAND AND THE CLOSEST TO THE HISTORIC AREA, WAS BUILT IN 2004 AND FEATURES FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS IN EACH UNIT. THE SAND BUCKET HAS HURRICANE-RATED WINDOWS WHICH MAKE THE UNIT VERY QUIET.
