Where is Playacar Phase 1?

You often hear people talk about Playacar when visiting Playa del Carmen. But did you know that there are two phases to it? Let's start with what is it. Playacar is a private, gated, neighborhood. Phase 1 is a small residential area just south of the ferry pier to Cozumel. (see black arrow on map below) It is on the beach and 3 rows inland. Phase 2 is a much larger area with resorts and residential. Caribbean Beachfront Condo is located right on the beach in Playacar Phase 1, right where the arrow is pointing.
