The condo was clean and as described. Kitchen was well-stocked to allow us to do some basic cooking which was nice. Great location with access to the beach and multiple pools. Svetlana communicated well throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and balcony with perfect view! Location is incredible. Very easy to get to popular shopping stores and walking distance to beach and restaurants. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

For the most part, this place was great. Our little walk to the beach wasn’t bad and the pool was super nice. The view from the balcony was pretty, as well. There were other amenities included that we never took part in so I can’t vouche for them. It was close to everything and a lot of little places around were in walking distance. Svetlana was EXTREMELY helpful and got back to us in a VERY timely fashion each time we needed her. The condo itself had plenty of room for a family. Plenty of storage. Plenty of space to eat and entertain. There was a trash chute close by our room so we never had clutter or junk around. The beds were also very comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful week in Destin ♥️

Location was good but the beach had a lots of rules and made our stay stressful. That’s my first AIRBNB that we were very disappointed with the place. No beach towels, no welcomes, little things the place had to be fixed and we had to wait for a couple days . And floors were dirty and sticky. Please if you go to this place make sure you bring paper towels, extra toiletries .... specially if you are staying more than 3 days!!!

Response:Everything at the condo was fixed next day after guest informed us. The cleaning crew was changed next day after guest's issue

Overall it was good experience. Pros : - Location - Host was extremely helpful answering questions quickly - High speed guest internet access - Tiki bar by the private beach Cons : - guest bathroom smelled like mold - Outdated- especially the bathroom - No ocean view - The Pelican Resort has way too many rules such as: can’t bring tents to the private beach, can’t place a chair close to the water unless you are watching your kids (temporarily), chair and umbrellas are only allowed behind the private chair/umbrella service.

Convenient location, easy check in, short walk to the beach and close to the elevator. Nice amenities and beds are comfortable. Check in was easy, condo was spacious and beach was great. We would stay here again.
