The owners of the wildly popular Blue Paddle Bistro in South Hero, Vermont have opened a summer satellite sensation, The Blue Paddle on the Bay. The food truck kitchen offers grilled items like beef burgers, hot dogs, black bean burgers and hand-punched fries. But they also offer lobster rolls and wood-fired pizzas!
You can get to the Blue Paddle on the Bay in less than 15 minutes by car from The Green Cottage in Grand Isle. You can also travel by boat and park in one of the Paddle's slips.
