I am a hard-working but fun-loving person. I do like to stop and enjoy life and travel. My goal was 50 states by the time I was 50! I've just got 6 states to go. It's amazing how many wonderful things there are to see and do in our own country. I also enjoy traveling abroad. My first trip was to Spain when I was in my 20's and I love going out to explore. Some of my favorite countries are; Iceland, Switzerland and New Zealand. I love the saying that "getting lost is part of finding out who you are" - so true!

For fun, I like to hike, bike, white water raft, walk and run. I love the morning walk I do around a lake. It's a great way to wake up in the morning. I used to hate breakfast but now I love it. I also enjoy nice wine and a cheese plate and/or some good Belgium beer.
