The most famous sight to see is the famous Pensacola Beach sign. The sign has a history of its own and is an iconic landmark. But if you haven't seen it at night, it is worth the drive! One of the original sail fish can be seen at Flounders Restaurant, on the Beach. And if you like what you see, you can find its image on a t-shirt, glass, magnet, or miniature sign of your own.

Naval Live Oaks - Gulf Islands National Seashore
The Naval Live Oaks Reservation is a part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore located east of Gulf Breeze. Ideal for water-based recreational activities and hiking, the reservation received its name because it was the first and only federal tree farm designed to reserve the valuable live oaks that shipbuilders desired in the 1800s.

If the only thing you want to know about Gulf Breeze is how long it will take to get through it to the beach, check out the bridge cameras. The small part of the trip that is on Gulf Breeze's roads may take you longer than you anticipate if you try to cross when everyone else does. You may see the traffic is so bad, you might as well stop for lunch, go to the park, and visit the grocery store before heading over the bridge to the Beach. Don't miss it! It is really a great community with a lot to offer besides a Wal-Mart!
