utumn graced our deck with the perfect setting for a magical evening, as 16 guests gathered for Chef Alma Ayón's Winemakers Harvest Dinner. The sun setting over the vineyard painted the perfect backdrop for this event. Chef Alma crafted a Tuscan-inspired menu that perfectly paired with wines from Stilson Cellars. Each dish, from the creamy Tuscan shrimp to the rich tagliatelle al sugo, was complemented by exceptional wines chosen by Cole and Elizabeth Stilson. (Stilson Cellars and PasoSecco)

The evening featured a delectable five-course meal, each paired with a specially selected wine:

• Antipasti: Creamy Tuscan Shrimp with sundried tomatoes and white wine cream sauce, paired with Paso Secco, Sparkling Grenache Blanc.
• Primi: White bean soup with crispy Tuscan kale and parsley oil, paired with 2023 Reverie Viognier.
• Secondi: Homemade tagliatelle with beef ragout, paired with 2021 The Genesis.
• Carne: Tenderloin porchetta with root vegetables and orange gremolata, paired with 2021 The Return.
• Dolci: Dark chocolate dome with ricotta, amarena cherries, black forest cake, and cherry gastrique, paired with 2020 Chrome.

The evening was a beautiful blend of exquisite food, extraordinary wine, and heartfelt community. The stars twinkled above, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We feel incredibly blessed and thankful for the support of our friends and the strong bonds within our community.
