Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walking and nice to have the Coyote cafe close by for breakfast. They also had a good guitar player one evening. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The driveway is on a sharp angle so handicapped may have an issue with that.

“Homey and safe”
Loved that the garage was easy to enter and park in, I have a gigantic Kia Carnival 2022 and it fit with room to spare. Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved all the though put into the kitchen area, bathrooms and laundry area with all the essentials covered and then some! Gigantic backyard! Excellent communication with property and easy access. Such a comfortable bed, I could have stayed in the bed the whole next day!

Stacey’s home was everything my parents were looking for…comfortable, roomy, clean and accommodating. A great house in a great location. My parents liked there stay so much they ended up meeting the neighbor which happen to be a realtor and bought a house in AZ. Stacey is kind and attentive and communication was always open. We loved our time in this place. It was perfect for a gathering of our family for one of those unfortunate life events. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our family was raised in Virginia where being barefoot was the norm. So learning to walk on the more typical Arizona rock landscaping was fun and surely memorable. Several natural areas and nature parks are within about 30 minutes as are numerous restaurants. The hostess, Stacey, was wonderful and responded very quickly to any requests. Entry was easy. WIFI was perfect. And the home was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone that is looking for a place in the vicinity of Surprise, Arizona. And Stacey was a delightful host.

You'll be delighted at the wonderful sunshine we get during our winter season. Golf, food, shopping, senior recreation, medical centers, are all within just minutes of Coyote Lakes
