Forest Beach Villas Rules: NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED in property on balcony. Violation will result in additional fees and possible eviction/cancellation of the reservation.

Parking Pass: Please ensure your parking pass is displayed in your car at all times. They are located in the top left drawer of the TV cabinet, please take one and fill it out immediately.

Refrigerator: Please keep the door closed as much as possible the first 12 hrs after loading your groceries and allow 24 hrs for everything to be fully cooled. Do not change the temp settings on the fridge or freezer. 

Air conditioning: When the villa is not in use, the temp is likely set to 75. After checking in, please allow a few hours for your villa to cool.

Sofa Bed Setup: Linens and extra pillows are stored on the shelf in the closet.

TV & Cable: Pressing
the “system on/off” button will turn on the cable box as well as the tv. Hold the reset button or unplug the box and plug it back in if you need to reset the system. Call Spectrum at 877-309-5869 if problems persist. You may also call me and I will call them for you. Feel free to use the LG remote to use Netflix/Amazon Prime but other than that, you should not need that remote. 

Internet reboot: If the internet goes out you can try unplugging the modem/router for 10 seconds and plugging back in. After a minute or so, try reconnecting. 

Beach Chairs 7 other gear: 2 beach chairs are available in the AC balcony closet. If you use them, please make sure they are clean of all sand and dry before putting them away.  

Breaker box location: Balcony closet

Pests: All villas receive routine pest control but it is not uncommon to encounter a palmetto bug/other bug from time to time. If you feel a pest problem needs to be addressed, please let me know.
