Our first experience in Florida was our family trip to the Keys just a few years ago. We instantly fell in love. Coming from Washington State, you could say we were hooked on the sun, the sand and the Hidden us to consider becoming hosts in the Sunshine State.

Within about six months of seeking a place in South Florida we landed in Cape Coral. The following year, we happened upon a place in Fort Walton Beach just minutes from Destin.

Our homes feature contemporary coastal design with premium furnishings and amenities and a few pops of personality to enhance the aesthetics - we seek to offer an uncommon experience beyond the hobby hosts.
