I have been hosting for 10 years and love the people I have met and being able to .share my community with them. I work in financial sales for a leading technology and news organization which allows me to travel quite a bit and have the luxury of staying in nice locations and eating well. I love to travel and have been to 83 countries and counting, most recently Croatia

Hobbies: Traveling, Eating, seeing live music, working out, cooking, reading, spending time with my girlfriend, friends, family and my puppies.

Ryan's home was an amazing stay! Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. Astoria was super cute with an amazing park near by, lots of great restaurants, and a short walk away from the subway to Manhattan and other neighbourhoods. I was slightly worried about how safe it might be only because I wasn't familiar with the area but it was a non-issue. We had 7 adults staying at the place and we all fit comfortably. 10/10 great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan's. It was all just as described and in a great area for restaurants, the subway etc You have everything you need and it does feel like a hme from home! Thank you so much Ryan!

Ryan was a great host! Very responsive and friendly! His home was lovely and perfect for our little family. We especially appreciated the toddler items (pack-and-play, high chair) so it made a few less things for us to travel with. And Astoria is the best - highly recommend!

We stayed here with two teenage children and had a great week. Ryan’s place provided a perfect base for exploring Manhattan and to come back to in the evening. Nice local restaurants and short walk to the subway that being you into town. Clear communication by the hosts about check in and any other questions you may have.

Ryan was a great host, was responsive to enquiries and with the one and only issue we had he acted promptly and professionally. The accommodation was just as described, and spacious enough for us, (2 adults 2 kids 13 & 11). The accommodation was a flat, easy 7-8 minute walk to the metro and from there 23 minutes to times square on a single line. This area of Astoria was great, lots of bakeries and places to eat, and felt very safe, it was nice to head back to the peace after busy days in Manhattan. If we were to come back we would absolutely look to stay here again and would highly recommend.

A very lovely and tidy Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. This apartment accommodated a family of 6 for almost 9 days. The place is close to transportation, restaurants, Astoria's Park, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Ryan is the perfect host: he was very communicative and flexible. We definitely enjoy our stay and we recommend Ryan's place 100%. We hope we will have the chance to come back to this amazing city, and will be definitely booking this apartment again.
