My wife, Linda and I have been hosting vacation properties in Hilton Head Island since 2005. We just have made the island our permanent residence. We are not beach bums though, Linda is a registered nurse and I am a pharmacist. We also are active in the preparation and maintenance of our three vacation rental properties on the island.
