Another awesome stay at Ria’s home. The house is large and beautiful. We had 3 families and were all super comfortable. We spent all our mornings and evenings on the spacious lanai. Great location to beaches and food. The Athletic Club access was awesome for kids and adults. Our grandkids didn’t want to go home. All accessories for the beach were available, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers and a wagon to haul it all. Loved our stay and would definitely like to return.

We really enjoyed the stay. Ria let us know that the home was ready by the time we landed. The kitchen was very usable, the deck and living room were great places to hang out with our adult children and young grandchildren. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and beach toys. The kids loved the pool at the athletic club, especially the water slide. The view of the ocean was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing family vacation. We walked into Ria’s home and were greeted with fresh flowers, drinks and a welcome note. And the view and breeze from the lanai made us feel instantly at peace. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds in every room, chairs & umbrellas for the beach, plenty of towels for home & beach. Her place felt like home. The location was perfect. Being at the southern tip of the island, after a short walk we enjoyed spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. We spent a good portion of our first day at Poipu Beach & received a warm welcome from the sea turtles! We loved the location as it was in between north area Hanalei/Princeville & the farthest west area at Waimea Canyon. Our favorite part was the lanai - waking up to the gorgeous view & sound of the ocean with coffee & breakfast then ending our day with day with dinner, drinks, conversation - together on the lanai. Thank you Ria!

We had a wonderful stay in Ria's house! The location was very close to popular beaches and resorts. Lots of places to eat close by, as well as markets available. We also felt like we were exactly where we needed to be. The house has a nice opening to get an Oceanview, and we loved having coffee on the outside patio. It rained the whole time we were in Kauai over multiple days...but we still got to enjoy the patio since the overhang was so large. The Primary Bedroom is upstairs with the living area and the rest of the bedrooms are downstairs with a second common space. This may matter to you if you plan to sleep in the Primary Bedroom and also have kids who may not be young enough to be on their own downstairs. Ria is such a kind and thoughtful host. She welcomed our family with friendly communication and special treats. She was also kind enough to allow early check-in when our plans on arrival day fell through. Thanks to Ria for making our first visit to Kauai warm and hospitable!

We loved staying at Ria's home in Poipu. The location was fantastic (walking distance to Brenneke beach, access to the beach club, very safe and with beautiful water views), the house was wonderfully stocked (she even left us a coloring book and crayons for our 4 year old!), and the accommodations were very comfortable. If anything came up, Ria was quick to respond and take care of things. Our family of 6 adults and 1 child would happily stay here again.

I highly recommend this place; the views were spectacular, the location was perfect, and it was clean with easy access to the beach, athletic club, restaurants, and a very pleasant neighborhood.

Beautiful home in our favorite part of Kauai. Plenty of room for a large family with all the amenities we needed and more. Beautiful lanai with awesome views. Enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time! The house was amazing, the views were outstanding. We had two families both with our 2 adult children, so 8 adults total and it was quite comfy. We walked to hike cliffs, we walked to go boogie boarding and surfing. We walked to get food, overall pretty epic!!! Mahalo! Bryan and family

Really ideal location for a south shore Kauai visit - walking distance (15 min) to beaches on either side of the property. Great place for multiple couples, friends, and /or family gatherings. Loved the covered porch with perfect views of sunrise.

Beautiful Airbnb super close to the beach. Walk or short drive. Very spacious! Perfect for family time or a friends get away. Loved getting groceries & eating breakfast on the porch watching the sun come up with our coffee ☀️ ☕️ ❤️. We’ll be back

We fell in love with Kauai! It was only possible with the fantastic stay. The property is on best location on the island. Beach access, dining, activities were all so close by. The house itself was excellent, sipping coffee watching the sunrise over the beach from the balcony was priceless. The house was spacious with all amenities and was fully stocked. Above all, Ria was an awesome host. Very responsive and flexible and made everything possible for a memorable vacation. Definitely the place to return.

Ria was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed our 10 night stay. The house has everything you could want with plenty of space to spread out. We spent a lot of time visiting on the lanai. The location was very useful for walking to the nearby beach. We hope to come back again next year!
