Owned an operated by a local family, it is an outstanding casual, small eatery with a great selection of craft beers, wine, and simple fresh homemade American food. Fried Chicken Kitchen is a relatively newcomer to the food truck scene in St. Augustine, but when they came they won the hearts of all the fried chicken lovers out there quickly. Their location changes so you need to check where they will be. Some days they are parked near the county office buildings, sometimes at a car dealership, or the Wednesday mornings Farmer's Market at the Pier, but sometimes they are catering a private event.
