We were traveling through Arizona due to a hurricane in Florida 2020. It was November and as were sitting outside we decided how great the area was. Although summer is usually great in WA state, starting in October we become gray and drizzly Hidden ugh ! We had a long-term rental we were thinking about selling, and this provided us with the opportunity to purchase this house. We have had the pleasure to meet neighbors and dive into our area we call our 2nd home. We continue to enjoy it during birthdays and gatherings
