Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Patrick war immer gut zu erreichen und hat den Check-In ausführlich und gut beschrieben. Die Lage ist super um vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

I was going all around NYC and so I needed a clean, central home base and Patrick's place worked out great. Lots of great food nearby and an easy walk to a bunch of subway lines that go everywhere.

Pros: ubicación excelente, fácil de encontrar, precio competitivo, intimidad y todo lo necesario en el piso. Comunicación bastante rápida con el anfitrión vía airbnb. Anfitrión amable que nos ayudó con indicaciones. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Cama muy cómoda. Contras: La limpieza de sábanas y toallas es mejorable, baño sin ventilación, quinto (cuarto real) sin ascensor (pero ya lo sabíamos y no era un problema). La ventana de la habitación doble no podía abrirse. Tuvimos algún problema de comunicación con el anfitrión respecto a las indicaciones que nos dió sobre nuestra habitación, pues nos indicó la individual en vez de la doble. Lo solucionamos vía airbnb con él. Hubo otro problema con las llaves del otro inquilino, pues nos había indicado que eran las nuestras y no era así, pero al tratarse de un error suyo, lo solucionó él. Conclusión: Repetiría y lo recomendaría por precio, por ubicación y por comunicación con el anfitrión, pero me llevaría mis toallas.

Très bien situé, l'appartement de Patrick permet de relier n'importe quel endroit de Manhattan rapidement grâce aux stations de métro proches. A noter que si vous avez le sommeil léger (ce qui n'est pas mon cas), l'absence d'isolation phonique vous permet de profiter du paysage sonore de NYC la nuit :)
