What happens if you have more cars than allowed or you have a trailer/boat during the summer season?
OVERFLOW PARKING FACILITIES LOCATED ON PANAMA CITY BEACH THAT ALLOW OVERNIGHT PARKING AND PARKING FOR OVER-SIZED VEHICLES, BOATS, AND TRAILERS:
Run by the City of Panama City Beach for $5/day (24 hr. period):
- 600 Henley Circle,Paved parking lot on Churchwell Drive (US Post Office Road), just north of Front Beach Rd. (between Front Beach & Middle Beach/Hutchison Blvd)
- 9951 Thomas Drive, Unpaved gravel/grass parking lot on N. Thomas Drive, across from the south side of Ripley’s Believe It or Not
- 11117 Front Beach Road, Paved parking lot on Front Beach Road, across from Edgewater Plaza, in back of Burger King
Each of these parking lots has a kiosk that accepts credit cards or cash and issues a permit/receipt.

It is recommended to call ahead to make prior arrangements during peak season to ensure space and also for days and hours of operation.
When staying at Diamond on the Emerald Coast at The Dunes of Panama you are allowed parking for two. 1 VIP under the building in a designated spot and 1 in the parking lot. Boats and trailers are allowed to be parked Seasonally September through May. Please call ahead to confirm.
