Amanda was very responsive. Everything is as she described. There are good appliances and is a short, easy walk to Seattle Children’s Hospital. I was able to park right out front of the door and felt safe to do so alone. She even had extra hangers and nice linen. The beds were very cozy and comfortable.

Great location very close to Seattle Children’s Hospital. Walkable distance made this an excellent location for us, as our daughter was having surgery there. The house has everything you need. very clean and as described.

Amanda & hosts had such a welcome “home away from home” energy. My daughters & our precious cat truly felt like we belonged during our stay. No hovering but always open to communication. There shouldn’t be a bad review because they’re so willing to make things right if anything was wrong. It’s a gorgeous place, tucked away from the chaos of Seattle BUT close enough to drive to the city! We would definitely consider staying here again. Immaculate place.

Amanda’s town house was super clean, tastefully furnished and well appointed. Beds were comfy with nice sheets. Check in was easy and all pertinent information about the house was found in a book on the kitchen counter. Only negative was car noise from Sand Point Way, a busy street just steps from the home.

Great location to public transportation to all of the main areas in Seattle. Amanda was extremely helpful with local information and was both attentive and responsive. Would recommend and would stay again!

Amanda was extremely responsive and we booked the place to be near our family and it worked well. It is extremely clean with comfy beds and furniture. Parking is right in front of the house and is very convenient. However the house is 3-levels and lots of narrow stairs to climb. Each level is like a very small studio. If you are old or have kids, it could be hard. It is near a busy road and you can hear the cars passing by if you are on the main bedroom.

We had a lovely time at Amanda’s place. She was very helpful from the moment we booked her place. The house was very welcoming and well located if you don’t want to be downtown and prefer to enjoy lovely walks and be close to the Washington lake. Bus stop right in front of the house with great connection to the metro. The rooms super comfortable both on suite and a guest toilet. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Seattle.

We were so pleased with our stay! Amanda's instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy. The townhouse is beautiful! Our beds were comfy. We enjoyed (and felt safe) walking our dog all over Laurelhurst. And it was convenient for us that the place is so close to Seattle Children's Hospital.
