Hello we are Greg and Nancy the home owners of this property in the Gull Pond area of Wellfleet. We like to spend our time shellfishing at Indian Neck, morning walks through the back trails and trips to Ptown when we find the time. We love Wellfleet and are so grateful to have a second home in this location. We work hard to provide a wonderful vacation home for you to enjoy.

Fantastic Rental Home
This rental was even nicer than what we expected. The trails behind the house lead down to Gull and Higgins Ponds. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It had a full supply of beach items. Would love to stay here again when we visit the area.

comfortable, well located house
This house was perfect for our stay with three generations of an extended family. The hardest part was leaving at the end of our stay! Plenty of room for everyone and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean when we arrived and the owners were very responsive to questions etc while we were booking. We didn't find the location walkable (we have a toddler + associated gear) but it was a very quick drive to lots of beaches (ocean, bay, and ponds), downtown Wellfleet, etc, and very close to Rt 6. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching birds and enjoying how secluded it felt while still being just a couple of minutes from town! We will definitely look to stay here if we come to Wellfleet again.

The house is lovely, very well-equipped and comfortable, and beautifully kept up. Centrally located.
Our stay at Gull Pond was very enjoyable. The house is roomy and has everything you need, including a full kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a basement with beach chairs and toys, bicycles etc...Close proximity to ponds and beaches (but make sure to get a parking sticker on arrival). Very child- friendly with lots of room both inside and out to run around in. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and quiet location
Wonderful home in a great location. Very clean with lots of included amenities to help you enjoy the beach. The owner was very responsive to requests and very accommodating. Privately situated at the edge of the Cape Cod National Seashore the house is an easy and pleasant walk through the woods to the private swimming at Higgins Pond and to family oriented Gull Pond. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Wellfleet.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable
This house was just the right size for our family of 5 and had everything that we needed (including a coffee grinder, beach umbrella, and mini-pool table). It is bright, cheerful, and comfortable, and feels like a loved home that is very well maintained. The location was quiet and private, though a little too far and busy for the kids to walk to Gull Pond. The owner was very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone, and we are looking forward to staying in it again.

Response:I'm glad you have a enjoyable visit to Wellfleet. There are trails behind our home down to the ponds so you don't have to walk the winding road down to Gull Pond. it's a 10 minute quiet walk thru the woods.

Have stayed in Wellfleet for over 35 yrs. This is the nicest cottage we have stayed in. Ideal location, proximity to bay and ocean and down town area a big plus. Wish we could have stayed and stayed.
