Check-out Procedures

Checkout time is 10am

Please ensure everyone is out on time. Housekeeping must begin on schedule in order to prepare for the next guests. We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home.

Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.

• Check out by 10am

• Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash compactor location at the entrance to Deer Park Resort.
• Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
• Turn off the water to the washing machine.
• Winter: please turn the heat down to 55 degrees Fahrenheit
• Summer: (mid June through September) all heating units should be turned off.
• Please lock all doors and close all windows.
• Turn off all inside and outside lights.
• Lock the sliding door to the balcony
• Return all passes and keys to the message board inside the entrance
• Please make sure the front door is locked when you leave.
