“Beautiful Mountain Getaway”
Maria & Omar have outdone themselves in creating this lovely haven in the mountains! The entire home was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had plenty of space and all the amenities for our large group of friends to have a relaxing weekend away. They thought of all the little details, and their personalized guidebook recommendations were helpful in planning our adventures. We enjoyed delicious food, drinks, and shopping nearby in Boone, coffee on the porch with a view, and games by the fireplace. We hope to return again in the future to make more memories!

one of the best places I've stayed in. my family and I had a great time, Maria's home is beautiful, cozy, and very welcoming. we felt right at home. my 2 dogs loved the yard and porch. we enjoyed the views. I would happily recommend this place for your next mountain vacation. there's nothing bad to say about our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Maria's beautiful cabin. We were close to so much the area has to offer yet felt completely secluded. Waking up to the sun rising behind the beautiful fall leaves was blissful. The cabin was warm, cozy, and inviting. Maria herself is an attentive host who genuinely cares about giving guests the best experience. I highly, highly recommend. We will be back!!

Great weekend trip with two families (four kids). Bedroom set up was great for multi-family, location to hikes, waterfalls, caves and grandfather mountain couldn't be beat. We mostly did cook within the cabin, and this was the most well-stocked rental I've stayed at - had everything you needed and more. Host was extremely proactive in communication and the location, although in a neighborhood, was very peaceful. We traveled during peak fall colors, and my daughter is now already asking to go back for winter and skiing!

Maria’s house is nothing short of fabulous! It is perfectly peaceful and beautifully decorated with a fabulous porch and inside living space! I really enjoyed kicking back and relaxing on the patio, and using the inside fireplace watching college football and unwinding from a hectic work week! I will absolutely be booking this fabulous house again! The bed was cozy on the couch big and cozy too!!!

“Great stay”
The house was perfect for our stay - plenty of room to spread out in a lovely neighborhood. Marie was incredibly responsive and helpful, even mailing items that we had left behind in the house! The house is an excellent home base for a variety of activities in the area. We will definitely return!

Great stay at Maria’s place! We loved the community and the proximity to the nearby towns for other stuff to do! It really is in such a great location. The house had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for cooking and playing cards as well as cozying up with a coffee on the porch in the morning. Couldn’t recommend more.

“Glorious per our Grandson ”
We went with our adult children, their spouses and our 3 young grandchildren and this house was perfect. We took advantage of all the amenities - lake, basketball court, trails and pool. The absolute best was the huge back porch where we spent most of our time. You feel like you are on a tree house. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean and well decorated.

“Perfect mountain cabin for families!”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wooded Wanderlust cabin! It had a lovely deck on the top and bottom levels & is pet friendly! We couldn’t have asked for a better cabin for our family.

Excellent mountain cabin. Plenty of space. Skylights in the living room was a nice touch. Big kitchen with everything needed. Really like the wrap around porch space. Could fit plenty of people. It was just two of us and dog. The host was very nice and check out task were easy. Super quite place for a nice excursion to god’s country.

We had an event in Linville Land Harbor so this was an ideal location. We had 6 people staying and it accommodated well. Very clean and good communication. Only drawbacks was while there was a nice patio- lots of bugs and some string lights did t work. Maybe add citronella candles or similar. All else was great
