“Comfortable House and quiet Neighbourhood ”
We have spent 7 days at Mahbuba's place. The house is very comfortable, well furnished and located close to the subway. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are different diners, supermarkets and places to eat. Generally, the house is located in a strategic place about 30 minutes from Times Square and Manhattan. Strongly recommended!

We absolutely adored our stay at Mahbuba's place. Jackson Heights has definitely been a highlight of our multiple visits to NY: the profusion of restaurants has been a delight every time we had to go out for lunch. As was said before, the location is just perfect: 9 minutes away from 4 lines of subway that all lead to Manhattan, the back street where the unit is situated is very quiet and peaceful. It's a small space for 4 grown-ups and 1 kid but for what it is and our needs, which was to sleep and rest, the unit was perfect. The beddings were surprisingly comfortable (more than some hotels I stayed at lol), the apartment was clean and all the amenities were there. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay at Mahbuba's place, the neighbourhood itself as we said is wonderful and there are not many accommodations available there. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Mahbuba ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie antwortete sehr schnell auf meine Nachrichten, sowohl vor der Reise als auch vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich. Allerdings war die Heizung und die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut. Auch der Fluglärm war störend. Zum nächstgelegenen U-Bahn Bahnhof sind es 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß. Der nächste Diner ist auch ca. 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann ein Auto direkt vor der Wohnungstür parken - das ist super! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit einigen Lebensmitteln. Mahbuba stellte uns zum Beispiel Porridge zur Verfügung. Danke dafür. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Die Fahrt nach Manhattan dauert allerdings 30 bis 40 min.

Great place to stay. The appartment was comfortable for three adults, well equipped and really cozy. Everything worked very well. Mahbuba was very responsive. Would definitely recommend to friends and I would love to come back some day!

Great place for two. Had every amenity we needed. Location great. Handy for a metro station with different lines Excellent South Asian and South American Restaurants nearby. Very clear arrival instructions and property very clean. Being at the back of the house quiet too. Highly recommended and we would stay again.

Private apartment in a clean, family oriented neighborhood. This was the perfect location for us, with short walks to subway station, many restaurants, and shopping. Our host gave us clear check-in instructions, and followed up with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

Mahbuba’s place in Jackson Heights was perfect for my relative and my stay. It was clean and cozy and great to return to after a long day. Mahbuba was friendly, polite and always quick to respond and was able to resolve any questions I had. I absolutely loved the location and will choose Mahbuba’s place again for my next NY trip.
