Most people are unaware of the significant additional costs associated with short term renting (bookings of less than 30 days) due to local taxes and booking platform fees.
- For example, a guest may expect to pay between 12-15% just in lodging and sales taxes alone. In addition to the lodging taxes, booking platforms charge anywhere from 15-25%. This means that if you book a monthly stay on our direct booking website, you pay neither and can expect to save up to 40% on your accommodations!!
Our new monthly booking website provides an easy way for guests to enter their travel dates, select the property they want to book, sign rental agreement and pay all in one easy place!
Not seeing anything for the dates you entered? This is because we may not have a 30 day stretch available for those dates. We suggest if your travel dates are flexible to select a property and then view its availability calander. In addition, our units book up months in advance, so we reccommend planning your extended stay 6 months to a year ahead of time.
