The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main home featuring 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Outside you'll find a casita which is the perfect spot to watch the game or get some work done. It has a kitchenette, pullout sofa, and desk.

There are a total of 3 televisions in the space, all equipped with streaming capabilities and Netflix access via Starlink internet.

The outdoor space is a great place to roast marshmallows under the Texas stars at night.

We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video in the front of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Our home is in a very peaceful rural area between Elgin and Lexington. Most lots are 5 acres so there is privacy between your neighbors.

There is gravel parking in front of the house, but you will need a vehicle as nothing is within walking distance.

This home is located in the country, so while we do regular maintenance and pest control, there are dirt, stickers, and bugs.

The only true fenced area of the yard is around the home and casita.
