1) In your room you will find a TV, radio, fan, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel, towels, blankets. Please respect the environment and leave it tidy; it is also recommended to always turn off the light if not in use and to carefully close the water and gas taps after use.
2) Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the apartment, out of respect for other guests.
3) The change of sheets and towels is on request and in any case is carried out every 3 days for each guest.
4) Guests are asked not to touch the main electricity switches and the thermostat, which automatically regulates the heating and temperature of the apartment, for any reason.
5) In the kitchen there are available to guests: a refrigerator, gas stove and pots and pans for cooking, plates and cutlery and everything necessary for breakfast. Guests are asked to serve themselves out of respect for other guests and the common areas.
6) A fire extinguisher is located next to the kitchen window, another fire extinguisher is located on the first floor, at the top of the stairs, to be used only in case of fire.
7) A working gas and carbon monoxide detector is located between the ground floor and the first floor, near the stairs; in case of an audible alarm, it is recommended to immediately open the windows and notify the owner.
8) Inside the accommodation, in the common areas, there is a wifi router and a wifi signal amplifier. Please do not touch these devices for any reason.
9) In the living room opposite the entrance, on the wall to the right of the desk there is a first aid cabinet, with everything you need for first aid.
10) Make sure you always close the main entrance door well, both when entering and exiting the accommodation, trying to accompany it delicately in any case until it is completely closed.
11) Remember to always carry the keys of the accommodation with you and take care of them.
12) Without authorization, it is not allowed to host other people inside the accommodation. If you wish to host other people in your room for one or more nights, simply send a message to the host (with a copy of their identity document) and pay an additional 35 Euros per night for each person hosted.
13) You must be quiet during certain hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM).
14) The guest is responsible for the custody of the assigned keys: in case of loss of the same, 50.00 Euros will be charged.
15) Never leave the key inserted inside the main entrance door, since in this case it is not possible to access the shared areas from the outside.
16) On the entrance stairs, high up on the first floor, there is a carbon monoxide detector; please do not touch it for any reason. In case of an audible and visual alarm, open the windows and immediately notify the owner.
17) For any damage to objects inside the room or in common areas or for any other damage, please always contact the owner to agree on compensation.
18) The guest can check out by leaving the accommodation at any time (as long as it is by 11.00 on the established day) leaving the keys on the bed of their room.
19) The guest who has already checked in can return in the evening or at night at any time, as long as they respect the hours of silence indicated.
