Indu is quick to respond and very helpful. The house was beautiful and in a nice area! Very close to Yosemite… we planned to go to Yosemite for one day and ended up going twice because of how close it was :) would stay here again if we go back

Very lovely decorated and in a prime location where you can see the lake view. The golf course and pick ball court is within walking distance. The host is great at communication and very thoughtful in providing extra warm blankets and some other outdoor gadgets. We made happy memories here during our stay and would love to come back again in the near future. .

Very clean and comfortable place. Spacious for our family and tasteful decor. The lake is just across the street and we saw tons of deer daily! The grocery store is nearby as are restaurants in Groveland. We drove into Yosemite every day, and it took more than an hour to get to Yosemite Valley. It was lots of driving but worth it to have a comfy home base and a very generous cancellation policy (we didn’t need to use it, thankfully!). Indu was always very communicative. We had a great time! The only thing for improvement would be better hot water in the upstairs shower. In the cold weather, it didn’t get hot enough to use comfortably so we all had to shower downstairs.

O lugar era encantador e muito charmoso! A casa estava muito limpa e impecável. Era espaçosa e num condomínio muito tranquilo e agradável. Todo dia vimos veados nos arredores. O self check-in foi rápido e eficaz. O Yosemite Valley, que era nosso motivo de viagem, fica um pouco distante. Geralmente demoravamos 1 hora e meia para chegar lá. A volta era um pouquinho mais rápida. Indu foi sempre atenciosa e proativa. Voltaria fácil!

This is a gated community! To ensure a smooth entry, kindly provide your registration details before arrival. Please be aware that there is a $44 Guest Permit fee per car, granting access to the community, roadways, and amenities. This fee will be collected at the gate upon your arrival. The permit is valid for up to 7 days and is a community policy that we are obligated to enforce. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We kindly request that you refrain from hosting loud music, parties, events, or large gatherings during your stay. In consideration of the community's tranquility, please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM as mandated by Pine Mountain Lake. If noise complaints lead to police involvement, we will be obliged to ask you to vacate the premises without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both the front and backyard areas. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty of $1000. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
