Do not park there. You will be towed. There is street parking nearby and the suggested areas to park will be listed in the house manual for your reference. Thank you No Parties or gatherings of any kind. The only guests allowed at the property are the guests listed on the reservation. This is strict! Unauthorized guests incur a $275 fee per guest and immediate termination of booking without refund. -Quiet Hours begin at 8:30. We live in a wonderful neighborhood with lovely neighbors. You are visiting their neighborhood and it is important to be respectful and quiet. Extra guests sleeping at the home (more than 2 people) are $25/pp/nt. Undeclared guests will be charged a guest fee ($100 per night per extra guest per night for entirely of booking) A maximum of 3 total guests is allowed, but must be permitted by host prior to arrival/and or booking - No visitors allowed at the house ever. The only permitted guests are those listed on the booking. No exceptions! - Host reserves the sole right and discretion to terminate the remainder of the booking for violations to the rules above or for other abusive or disruptive behavior -Violators will be subject to immediate termination of their stay and no refunds will be issued.
