A short walk to the Cape Coral beach, this sweet 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch house is the perfect family getaway. The split bedroom layout also offers private accommodation for 3 couples to share this home comfortably. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and the private fenced backyard is equipped with a bbq. A 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to downtown restaurants or to the beachfront boathouse restaurant.
