Completely renovated condo within walking distance of downtown! Every detail was considered, including new flooring, doors, bathrooms, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops.

This 1,300 sq ft. condo includes a Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a completely updated walk-in shower, and a new stone surround vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and they both have comfortable Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with feather and filled pillows for your preference. Plus, the living room has a queen-size Murphy bed for additional guests.

This privately owned unit at The Village in Leavenworth shares the resort grounds with Worldmark by Wyndham Park Village and includes Access to the resort's two pools, three hot tubs, tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a playground structure.

Nearby activities include golf, miniature golf, fishing, beautiful hiking trails, picnics, and rafting on the Wenatchee River. Cross-country skiing and sledding are 10 minutes away at Enchantment Park. Downhill skiing and snowboarding are 30 minutes away from Stevens Pass and 45 minutes to Mission Ridge.

Park in unit #603 covered carport. You may park two vehicles in tandem or uncovered parking spaces across from the condominiums.

We had a great stay. The place had everything you needed plus more. There was a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living area (bed #3) - not the usual uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. This was the best stocked place I’ve ever stayed at. Furniture/appliances in great shape. Lee Anne provides you with a digital guide which has lots of info. If you have a question, she gets right back to you. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Leavenworth.

Best Vacation Ever!
The apartment was amazing! It was beautifully furnished with awesome appliances & neat amenities (like the gas fireplace which operates on a timer). You can see the pool from the windows/porch, which my kids absolutely loved seeing and visiting. Everything was as comfortable as could be and the kitchen was so well stocked it felt like cooking at home. We are already planning our next visit!

Great place to stay in Leavenworth!
We love going to Leavenworth, being in walking distance of downtown, and having a pool. This condo has it all!! It has been beautifully remodeled and is well-appointed and comfortable. Our favorite time of day is breakfast out on the balcony with fresh baked scones - it's wonderful! The property owners are very responsive. We all enjoyed our stay immensely! We highly recommend this property!!

LeAnne’s condo was perfect for my getaway to Leavenworth. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and air-conditioned, which was amazing when the temperatures were over 100 degrees. It was a 15-minute walk to the busiest section of town, which we loved because it ensured we got our steps in every day. There is also a beautiful river trail right by the house that leads you to town, and you can enter through Enchantment Park. The pool was uncrowded and lovely too. I would love to stay here again. LeAnne thought of everything, and as an Airbnb host myself, I was definitely taking notes. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough about LeAnne’s condo. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance to downtown Leavenworth and has an amazing view of the pond and golf course. The condo itself is beautifully updated with all the amenities we could have asked for. After a long day of hiking to Colchuck Lake, we enjoyed the hot tub, soft linens and the most comfortable beds ever. We prepared a meal in the well equipped kitchen and threw a load of laundry in while we ate. Checkout instructions were clear and simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at LeAnne’s place.

My husband Norm and I love Leavenworth. It is one of our favorite places to visit. We purchased this condo in July 2021. We feel so blessed to have purchased such a wonderful condo in a beautiful setting. We have three grown children and have added a fantastic daughter and son-in-law to our family. Norm is retired, but I'm still working full-time as the Executive Director for the Big Bend Community College Foundation. Besides managing these two short-term rentals, we also manage some commercial real estate in Moses Lake.
