Whether you come to spend time at nearby Disney, Universal Studios, golf or to lounge by the pool, we invite you to stay in our lovely, recently renovated 3rd floor vacation condo (very quiet with no footsteps, lawn sprinkler or car noises) in the 5 star Windsor Palms Resort. Free high speed WiFi and cable TV.

The space

With a queen sized bed in the master and two twin beds in bedroom 2, plus a queen sofa bed, our 3rd floor (no elevator) condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware for you to make a homemade meal, though many restaurants are nearby. Conveniently, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Resort amenities include an Olympic size swimming pool, jacuzzi, splash pad, movie theater, Tiki bar, convenience store, arcade, gym, sport courts, playground, BBQ grills, and beautiful clubhouse. Sporting equipment can be borrowed for free. Movies and bike rentals for a nominal fee. In Room Massages by Licensed Therapists available. There is a business center if needed. Shuttles to the local theme parks are available for booking.

Payment Policy

Pay in full or make 2 or 3 payments. Full payment must be received by 30 days before arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The damage deposit will be included in the total payment which is due 30 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out if there is no damage or excessive cleaning fees. Damage liability is not limited to this amount and any excess may be billed to the Guest upon discovery of such requirement. Damage may include items as damage to the property or furnishings, dirt, mess, smoking, spills and stains on flooring or furniture etc., requiring excessive cleaning or repairs caused by Guest or anyone in their party.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: 60 days or more before arrival (100% refund); 30-59 days before arrival (50% refund unless rebooked); less than 30 days (no refund, unless rebooked) $150 cancellation fee applies in all cases.
