Windham Bliss Chalet w/Game room/ AC. Catskills - Windham

House Rules: *Remove shoes upon entry and leave in mud room. *House has a septic system, do not throw any cooking grease down sink and only flush toilet paper in toilet (No wipes or feminine products). *Do not throw leftover food into woods. We do not want animals attracted to or in our home.
*Be careful when fireplace is lit, your safety is our top priority.
*Before lighting fireplace, make sure vent/damper is open.
- *When Checking Out: *Place used towels by Laundry room. * Leave slept-in beds undone. *In the event you use the dryer please make sure to clean out the lint screen. *All kitchen items must be cleaned and put away (Do not leave anything in sink or dishwasher). *Please remove all your items from the refrigerator and take with you. *Fireplace must be extinguished and vent must be closed. *Please lower ALL heating controls to 50 degrees. *Close all lights and blinds. *Guests must take ALL trash with them. There are no trash cans outside the house so please drop off all trash daily if possible.
All can be dropped off at the Windham Transfer Station which is 5 minutes away, and separate recyclables. Bags up to 30 gallons of household trash cost $2.00. Website has hours and directions.
*DO NOT place any beverages or food on any game tables in game room. There are pub tables. In the event their is an accidental spill please call us immediately and we will advise you on how to clean it.
*Game room should be monitored by an adult when children are utilizing the area.
* Table cloth (provided) MUST be used on dining room table. We custom made that ourselves and we want it protected while in use.
*Stanley the teddy bear lives in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Please make sure he stays in his room. He has lived there since the house was first built :)
