The perfect relaxing getaway. A quiet location with mature trees, a hot tub, lake view, & lake access within walking distance.



The property offers 2 bedrooms; one with a master bed & the other with two twins. We offer 2 TV's with high speed internet & streaming services. Large deck of the front of the home to enjoy a view of the lake. A 2nd deck at the rear of the homes leads to the forest & the hot tub.



Come ready to relax and enjoy the lake.



This is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. A cozy sleeper sofa is in the living room. A large fully furnished kitchen offers you the space you need to make a great meal. Decks are available at both the front and rear of the property to enjoy the outdoors.



Please note that this house's water is drawn from a well and works off a septic system. As such sometimes it smells like well water. All water is tested annually for our short term license renewal. If you are uncomfortable with well water you will want to bring bottled water.



Our home is your home. While you are a guest at Rogue Retreats the property is yours to enjoy responsibly. Pets are welcome for a fee!



We are here to help with any questions about the home and area.



Located on quiet Echo Lake Road, we are directly across from Pine Lake with woods behind us. The boat launch / public access is .2 miles away.



With septic systems please be conscious of your water use. Only ever flush toilet paper.



Pet Lovers - while we are a pet friendly home we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture. Pet hair on beds / couches or failure to pick up pet waste will result in an additional $100 fee.

I was impressed the house, how clean it was and roomy it felt. it was worth it, would 100% come again. Only problem I had but only for me, was the shower didn't have much pressure and didn't have alot of warm water, but overall enjoyed every bit of it.

We just had our maintenance and cleaning crew through to check and we had 110 degrees on the hot water - I believe you had the handle in the wrong position. I have them looking at the shower head but the well only allows so much pressure. Thanks for staying with us.

The little blue cottage was perfect for a quiet weekend for my husband and me. We utilized the clean hot tub first night, woke up and walked around and enjoyed the sunrise over the lake then took the kayak out around the lake and enjoyed the wild life and homes. We then explored the friendly town of Wild Rose and its quaint eaterys. We will be back as we loved this quiet little pocket of the country.

Greg was very responsive to the couple of questions we had! The house was clean and was exactly what we needed! The neighbors, particularly Mimi were fantastic!! Took the kids on jet ski rides and even took us out on her pontoon for a one of a kind tour of Pine Lake! Will absolutely stay again!

House Rules
The hot tub is available for all guests to use. Please rinse off before entering and help keeping dirt and debris out of the water. Common sense rules - if you are in the yard and get dirt and grass on you - don't jump right in the hot tub as we then have to drain and refill it.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Notes
● There is a smart lock at the main entrance door.
● Additional towels can be found on the shelving in the bathroom. Please use what you need
to stay comfortable during your stay while being conscious of costs incurred and energy
used for washing. If possible, reuse towels to help reduce water waste.
● Makeup wipes should be used to help ensure makeup does not transfer onto pillowcases
or towels. These are available for your use in the containers in the bathrooms. Please do
not ush wipes of any kind in the toilet.
● There is a trash can provided in the kitchen area. If you ll any trash bags please put them
in the dumpster at the end of the driveway. At this time recycling is not available for our
property. We are advocates of recycling and apologize for this inconvenience. We,
personally, bring our recyclables home with us after staying at the house.
● We are a pet friendly home but please no pets on the furniture - if there are signs of pets
on the furniture or you do not clean up the yard from your pet, we charge an extra $100
cleaning fee.
● We are a NO SMOKING household. Smoking of any kind will result in a $200 additional fee.
● The hot tub is there for our guests to use. Please use common sense and courtesy. Rinse
o before and after entering the hot tub to ensure debris does not enter the hot tub.
Rinsing after hot tub use is always suggested to prevent skin irritation.
● There is a “oater” in the hot tub – this is a blue and gray plastic disc with a stem. You may
remove it while using the hot tub, but please make sure it gets placed back in as this is
what helps to keep the hot tub sanitized for each use in addition to our normal
maintenance regimen.
● IF YOU USE THE HOT TUB, PLEASE PUT COVER ON RIGHT AFTER USE to reduce debris
collecting in the tub.
