Please note: This condo requires climbing stairs, 33 steps to the front entrance, and spiral staircase inside. Steps to the entrance may be slick and/or icy. A/C is limited to a portable unit in the upstairs area only. 4 Wheel or All Wheel Drive is necessary in the winter months from November through March and possibly October and April - you are in a mountainous area with steep terrain.

Notes: We can't guarantee internet service since that is not within our control. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 3 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). $75 or 3% of booking cancellation fee, whichever is greater (to cover credit card fees)..
