French Colonial Equestrian 2 home Estate Nestled in the Texas Hill Country
Situated on 55 gorgeous hill country acres, this property presents a stunning impression. Consisting of Main House (8/5) and Guest House (2/2) with custom moldings, soaring ceilings and rich hardwood floors are embellished by designer lighting fixtures and massive walls of arch-topped windows. Living areas are bright and spacious. The atmosphere is casual elegance.
Glimpses of the impressive facade of the main house can be seen through the private wrought-iron entry gate. Classic dormers and a full-length French balcony capture the eye and hold it, all the way down the tree-lined circular drive. One is greeted in the foyer by custom fluted door moldings, tall ceilings and a graceful staircase with iron-spindle balusters. Centered by a broad fireplace and built-in cabinetry, the handsome family room features a brilliant stand of windows that offer tranquil views of the backyard landscape and pool. Ourselves (Della and John) own a house in Spain and are usually there enjoying our retirement. Before we moved here we lived in Dripping Springs, TX where we worked as owners of a property management company consisting of mostly long term rentals. In 2017 we shifted our focus to Short Term Rentals(STRs) and sold the majority of our investment houses and turned the remaining home(s) into STRs which we manage with the help of our niece and newphew (Josh & Porsha).
