The views are amazing and you can take in sunsets from the comfort of the couch or balcony. Enjoy convenience to Pier Park, 30A, Alexandria Bay, shopping, restaurants, you name it. Large beach store diagonal across the street. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, work out room, we have it all at the Celadon. This unit is located at the quieter West End of PCB in close proximity to 30A.

Free Beach Service (CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS) March - October. Enjoy the service of chair attendant to adjust umbrella for optimal sun/shade. Please tip if you can for great service, they work hard.

Enjoy two pools, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, tennis courts, game room, air conditioned walkway from the parking garage.

Condo has sleeping capacity for 6, Master bedroom, 2 built in bunk beds in addition to the pull out Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 nice bathrooms!

You have it all at Celadon.

NOTE: Only weekly rentals during peak summer season Memorial Day - 1st weekend in Sept.. Saturday to Saturday check in/ out.

One time parking fee per stay is $45 and paid to HOA. Instructions are sent when you have paid in full along with your condo letter and access code for the door and pools.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Weekly/Weekend stays - If you cancel after 30 days prior to occupancy your security deposit is forfeited. Any cancellation will be charged back for credit card fees (charge and refund and will provide evidence of said costs). 1 month or longer stays require cancellation 60 days in advance or your deposit is forfeited.

SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $300 FINE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT/CREDIT CARD DEPENDENT ON METHOD OF PAYMENT USED.

Ladies, if you wear makeup at the beach please bring make up remover towelettes. I buy mine at Sams Club. It saves my washcloths/towels and would mean the world to me! Thanks in advance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say, it was an incredible experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply connected to nature. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a refreshing sea breeze and an expansive view of the ocean that instantly set a relaxing tone for my stay.One of the standout features of this condo is its prime location. Situated right on the beachfront, it offered easy access to both the sand and surf. I loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing and being able to take leisurely strolls along the shore. Additionally, the condo was conveniently located near local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area without much hassle.The condo itself was beautifully designed, with large windows that framed the breathtaking ocean view perfectly. The open-concept layout made the space feel airy and inviting. The décor was modern and tasteful, creating a cozy atmosphere that felt like home. “Great place for our wedding anniversary celebration!”

We booked this condo with the owner, Nyda, who was very courteous and helpful. She even recommended a great restaurant for our anniversary dinner! The condo is on the 6th floor and has a great balcony from which to view the beach as well as the sunrise and sunset. Four can sleep comfortably in the condo which has all you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and streaming TVs are available if you can tear yourself away from the beach. Parking is across the street via an elevated walkway and cost $45 for a week. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Panama City Beach. Oh, yeah! The Celdon condo complex is located on the west end of the city which has less traffic than the pier area and others.

“Perfect! ”

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and definitely won’t be our last! Nyda was so helpful and answered any questions we had. This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone and the view from the balcony was amazing! Parking was easy and the pools were nice! I recommend this room to anyone!!

“Great Vacation!”

From the moment we walked in the door the condo had a very welcoming and home like feeling with all the home decor! It definitely set the beach vibe. My three kids settled right in as if it were their own with the board games provided. The views from the balcony were great and may favorite spot to drink my morning coffee and start my day. The condo was accommodating with large beach towels and the beach service that’s included was great not having to haul canopy and chairs to the beach it was such a big help on our travels and from the beach. We will definitely stay here in the future thank you so much for your hospitality and help with making our family vacation such an easy, fun experience.

My husband and I stayed here in May with our granddaughter and were so happy with this condo. Celadon is our favorite property and we try to stay there several times a year. The location is perfect, it's on the "quiet end" of PCB with easy access to our favorite restaurants. Parking is so easy with the covered walkway. And having two pools plus a gym is great. Nyda has spent a lot of time attending to every detail to make this unit beautiful, unique, comfortable and with all the necessities, plus luxurious decor. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Having beach chair service as part of the rental is a plus! Nyda is great to work with, and makes the whole process very easy. We plan to stay in 607 again!

“Beach Living at it’s Best”

Ms Faith’s Unit 607 at Celadon Condos is
5-Star living made easy. Clean, very well furnished, decorated and everything provided for your Beach Vacation. Steps from the Beach, 2-pools, 2-hit tubs, easy walk to several Beach Shops, seafood restaurants within minutes, grocery stores, pharmacy, as well as small unique shops to browse. Ms Faith is easy to talk to, explains every detail, answers all questions and suggest places of interest, to use and see while on your Beach Vacation. This is her own personal Unit, she has turned into a quiet, enjoyable vacation dream, for other ones to enjoy. The balcony view of the Beach and Water is most breath-taking. I watched a very bad storm come through over the water. It was an amazing sight to see. We will be back, when we can , most definitel.

“Perfect location! Beautiful Unit!”

Check-in was super easy. 6th floor was the perfect level to see everything. Condo was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Owner checked in with us during our stay and was super to work with. Celedon is a great location with well-maintained pool, elevators and common areas. We definitely recommend this owner's unit.

I love the long walks on the beach, the biking at Conservation Park, the eateries on 30A and just looking out at the gorgeous gulf, thus the name came to be, my "Little Slice of Heaven." It brings me great joy to share my place of tranquility with others. I am a licensed
Broker in TX and a licensed agent in FL. Not planning to ever sell because well its one of my best decisions ever to own at the Celadon. I hope you enjoy working with my new booking site as much as I do.

Getting around

Locals take the road diagonal from my front door (Vestavia) to Back Beach Road when they do not wish to take the scenic route (Front Beach Road). It's a short cut to everything you could want and need in PCB! Bikes and walking are made easy by sidewalks and Pier Park is just 2 miles from the condo.

No HOA prohibits only owners pets allowed and they are registered at the HOA office.

Payment Policy

I accept checks, zelle and credit cards. Percentage of rental due to reserve dates on calendar and balance due 30 days prior to occupancy date.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$300 REFUNDABLE security deposit within 48 hours after check out. Payment 1 includes deposit and portion of rent and reserves your dates on the calendar.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations after 30 days forfeits your $300 security deposit and before 30 days is refund in full of initial payment minus credit card fees incurred for processing payment and refund (proof is provided of actual fees) and difference refunded via method you paid.

Notes

HOA RULES AT THE CELADON:
1. Nobody under the age of 25 is permitted to rent.
2. No smoking on property except in grill and gazebo areas
3. Parking passes must be present while parked on any part of our facility
4. Misconduct/violation of rules is subject to guest eviction
5. Throwing, hanging, dropping or pouring of anything off of balconies.
6. Courteous and cautious parking in the parking garages (oversized vehicles/speeding)
7. Quiet hours 10pm-9am (including balcony noises, vendors, power tools, yelling, excessive music levels)
