Bringing a pet unregistered to the unit will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Incredible location allows you to park once and walk / jog / bike everywhere that Ocean Grove and AsburyPark have to offer including beaches, boardwalk, lake, restaurants, entertainment venues such as the Stone Pony, Theater, Great Auditorium, Historic Tents of Ocean Grove.

We offer comfort with 2 bedrooms, Large eat-in-kitchen with plenty of counter space, large living room and a bright, sunny enclosed porch where you will want to spend your time when not at the beach. Barbecue on patio.

The front yard overlooks the lake, and offers outdoor space to relax between outings. People watch or enjoy the Swan Boats, order food from 100's of eateries if you don't feel like cooking in our large eat-in-kitchen, or use Peapod for grocery delivery and let your inner chef out! Walk along the lake to the beach or across the bridge to Asbury Park.

House Rules

Quiet Hours after 10pm No unregistered guests allowed; All guests must be registered. No pets without written authorization and paid fee. Guests agree to clean up outdoor space used such as Barbecue immediately following use. Guest is aware that exterior-only security cameras are in use.

Payment Policy

Guests must make a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel the reservation by notifying the Host. The cancellation fee is as follows:
10% of the total reservation cost if canceled more than 30 days before check-in.
50% of the total reservation cost if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
