Casa de Photograph (nod to Def Leppard ?), is an offering for most any traveler.
Play board games, take a sip at the coffee/wine bar, be a chef & cook a meal, plug away in the work space or unplug & relax on the deck, in the pool (*unheated*) or on the dock. Bask in beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Take a ride in our bicycle friendly neighborhood. Take your boat or kayak out on the deep water access canal. Downtown is a short 15 min. away & the beaches are an easy drive. Find your bliss & enjoy.Offered are 3 bedrooms (one king w/TV, one queen w/TV & 2 twin beds), 2 1/2 baths, unheated pool, dock, outdoor dining, outdoor seating, grill, bicycles, coffee bar, games/sitting area, work space, full kitchen, laundry, etc. Only booking guests and registered guests may occupy the house. All booking guests names and ages (exception-minors accompanying a parent or guardian) must be listed on reservation or given to owner in message thread.
Guests assume full responsibility for theirselves and any children in the pool and dock areas or on the bicycles. By booking, you are contractually agreeing to this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this peaceful and beautiful house. Great kitchen for cooking, the pool was perfect and loved early mornings in the doc. A little closer to beach would be nice but we had such a lovely time. Thank you!!

AMAZING!!! Everything was perfect and beautiful! The dock was my favorite place! Our kids enjoyed swimming every day! The ammentities, thoughtfulness and personal touch more than met our expectations! We mentioned fishing- Christy left us 2 poles and recommended a bait shop close and a local place to rent kayaks! We couldn't be happier! The whole place was sparkly clean and PERFECT! We all eased right in! 100% recommend!

The house was clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store. View from the pool with the Canal outside was fantastic. Liked that the bedrooms were on different sides of the house to give guests privacy. Christy was very responsive to emails.

*All guests must be listed on reservation. No exceptions.
*There are no safety latches on cabinets, outlet covers, window blinds safety features, locks on interior doors (with the exception of front bathroom and master bedroom door) pool gate screen (other than the screened in enclosure) or screen or gate around the dock.
*Hosts remit and you and guests acknowledge that host provides no liability and you agree to hold hosts harmless for your use of our pool, bicycles and/or dock. Swim, bike, kayak & use the dock, at your own risk.
*No smoking, vaping or loud parties on the property.
*Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Our neighbors are very important and beloved to us.
*Guests must make sure all 4 exit doors are locked, upon leaving the home and/or checking out.
*Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside.
*For medical reasons, we cannot have animals in our home. Thank you, for honoring this.
*After use, guests MUST turn grill off. If grill is used, an extra $25 for cleaning will be added to your reservation if not cleaned thoroughly.
*ONLY BOOKING GUEST AND THEIR LISTED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED.
* Guest(s) agree to be charged for any and all provable damage and/or negligence, with the property or its contents.

Age & name not required for children under age 18 accompanying a parent or guardian, who is listed on the reservation. *Pool is serviced weekly, on Saturday mornings around 7am. *Lawn service is generally on Tuesdays. *Grill is available for use. An additional $25 cleaning fee is charged, if not thoroughly cleaned after use. By using the grill, guests are hereby agreeing to this rule. *By booking, you are acknowledging and bound by the above noted details/rules & accepting that the pool is unheated.
